Brooks Design Services is based in South East London, serving London and Kent. The Company was established in 1987 and we specialise in AutoCAD plans for extensions, loft conversions and most domestic plans. We also welcome enquiries from builders and loft companies. 

We submit your plans to the Local Authority to obtain planning permission and building regulations approval. Our detailed plans will enable you to obtain quotes from builders for your building work. We work closely with a number of building contractors and loft companies and we are happy recommend their services to you.

Many of our clients are new to building work and we aim to guide and advise you through all the various stages to make your building project as stress free as possible.
